| Super Bonus Contest: Along with your entry above for the Bonus Contest include the number of your favorite picture and be entered into the Super Bonus Contest. (Remember, you must submit this entry as part of the Bonus Contest described above. Otherwise, it will count as two entries and be disqualified.) Only one name will be selected to win the Super Bonus Contest. However, if you are one of the first ten (10) you will still receive your gift from the contest above. If you were not one of the first ten (10) and met the entry deadline, you name will still be entered into the Super Bonus Contest. Reminder, you may enter only once. Deadline to enter is the same as above, December 5, 2011.
