Pictures from Limahuli Gardens
There are several beautiful gardens on Kauai. My favorite because of its goal to preserve indigenous plants and maintain a
traditional Hawaiian theme is Limahuli Gardens. They currently cover 17 acres. For the fist half of the well-marked trail you climb; the second half is downhill ending at the welcome center. The current entry fee is $15 per person. The foundation that supports it owns an additional 900+ acres so as money comes in there will probably be expansion.
